Resort Valtberg has an extensive system of wine cellars, which were connected and renovated during the reconstruction so that the individual rooms serve corporate and private meetings with a variable number of people. In the interactive plan, you will find a suitable candidate for rent and you will also learn more about the equipment and layout of each of the offered cellar spaces. The labyrinth also includes private cubicles, used for long-term archiving of purchased wine bottles. The undeniable advantage of such a rental is the professional care of stored wine in constant conditions and an ideal environment for aging.

Presshouse

The old winepress house is a cellar, which today serves as a place for social events and meetings. It fits groups of 30 – 40 people. The advantage of this cellar is a bar and direct access from the street. Toilets and a preparation room are available too. Presshouse is the heart of the cellar labyrinth N.48. The atmosphere of the cellar is elevated by a period cast iron stove and the original vaulted ceiling.

Tasting hall

The original wine cellar with its own well from the 17th century is today renovated so that the visitor can taste the best local wines here. At the very end of this cellar, there is the second, so-called tasting well, where you can enjoy wine like our ancestors did.

Ice house

The ice house is a cellar in which people most likely kept ice blocks from local ponds in the past. These were used to cool food in the local Franciscan monastery. Through the reconstruction, we have managed to create an amazing place for social events. The dominant feature is the original functional wine press from the 19th century. The capacity of the cellar is 40 – 50 people. The ice house is connected to the tasting hall and it is possible to access the garden and toilet out of it.

Haban-style cellar

The authentic Haban-style cellar, which belonged to a wine house. It now serves as a connecting element from the Presshouse to the Ladies’ Cellar. Valtberg selection red wines are stored here.

Ladie's cellar

The wine cellar, where wine aged in barrels in the past, is now a room dedicated to women’s gatherings mainly. The capacity of the cellar is up to 20 people.

Franciscan cellar

The tasting cellar, which had to undergo a very extensive reconstruction to be saved. Wine is stored here for private tastings.

Klášterní I. cellar

This cellar is still under reconstruction.

Klášterní II. cellar

Cellar found during the reconstruction of the Kláštěrní I. cellar. The reconstruction of this one is still ongoing. When finished, it will be used for social events for 40 people. The cellar is connected with the Gathering cellar and Klášterní I.

Hillock cellar

One of the longest cellars of the entire N.48 labyrinth, in which private cubicles for long-term storage of wine are situated.

Archive cellar

Cellar in which selected archival wines are stored, mainly from local winemakers. We store bottles here to convey the tastes of previous years.

Gathering cellar

The wine cellar for the public and smaller events is open during the season on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (opening hours may vary depending on the number of guests).
